Ah, weekends. The age-old dilemma between lazing around all day versus stretching one's time as much as is humanely possible. The logic behind lazing around being: you've spent the past five days working so hard, you deserve a break. But the latter is appealing too because, well, you've only got two days to escape from your regular 9 to 5; you've got to do EVERYTHING.
I'm generally in the former camp for the most part. Whatever plans I make (if any) should require little to no effort, from whipping a quick meal up to slapping an outfit on. If I'm not slipping into a casual cotton dress, this ensemble does just fine as well.
Linen has perpetually been one of my go-to's, ever since I discovered its existence years ago. Its raw element, paired with a neutral colour, makes it a wardrobe essential of mine. Throw in Uniqlo's rayon blouse (how amazing is rayon?!) and I've got myself an off-duty outfit, perfect for my lazy weekends.
