Oh, for the love of neutrals. While we don't have the luxury of the four seasons here in Singapore - durian season doesn't count! - it's time to acknowledge that summer is officially coming to a close. Here's celebrating all my favourite trends from the past months, shoulder-baring, wicker-weaving and all. Maybe it's a good thing we suffer from the tropical heat all year long, because as the summer aesthetic endures in this tiny island, so does my love for patterned scarves and rattan baskets. The vanilla chronicles continue, I suppose. One item I'll definitely be wearing time and again is my checkered bandeau top. I've always had a strong aversion towards tube tops. For reasons unbeknownst, the two fine lines (ha, pun intended) separating spaghetti strap tops and bandeaus made a world of difference.
