After two back-to-back exam papers last week, Jit and I decided to take a day off to drop by Look See Look See. The brainchild of Lo & Behold Group (which is also behind The White Rabbit and OverEasy), Look See Look See serves as a public reading room and a tea house. Stepping in, you fall instantly in love with the pastel tones of the furniture, paired adeptly well with variations of tan leather. We were particularly intrigued by their Rose Moscato tea and Sauvignon tea. If you're bewildered to hear these wine-sounding names of teas (alcohol in my tea?!?!), fret not because the flavours are simply inspired and they don't actually have any alcohol content in them at all. The tea comes served with a little teaspoon of flavoured marmalade that perfectly complements the respective flavour of the tea. Apart from that, Look See Look See has a couple of full length magazine racks for one to browse.
Look See Look See is indeed the perfect place if you are looking to relax and regroup your thoughts. The wonderfully designed interior makes you want to stay there as long as possible - even if you've finished your tea. It's definitely a go-to creative space to help your mind relax and open up. And I think it definitely did that for me!
